me2

apparently MGA, maker of Bratz dolls, is royally fucked READ_ME. they have to immediately stop making them and they have to be off the shelves! hahaha! this is kind've amusing to me. grown men can't play dollies nice

speaking of grown men and dolls-there's a teaser of the Twilight dolls on Tonner's site, course the links aren't working-but he's close to unveiling them

*is REALLY happy that Bratz dolls aren't going to be made anymore* They set a negative example for little girls....at least Barbie had decent careers and such...and didn't dress like a complete slut.

i used to collect bratz til they started to get uber hoochy. then i stopped. it is a bad image for little girls to think it's ok to dress like a clubbing whore. some of them were really bad. but i wish barbie would get her careers right 'baby doctor' and 'pet doctor' c'mon. pediatrician and veternarian barbie!

..or gynecologist barbie would be total win. wonder what she'd come with...

Well, I can understand why they don't call her pediatrician or veterinarian barbie....those words are pretty hard for little kids to pronounce...
Gynecologist barbie....LOL. *Thinks* what WOULD she come with...?

good point, but it just irks me a bit as a parent to see kids who DON'T KNOW what things are properly called. i have a neighbor who says 'deers' instead of the proper plural 'deer', and all of her kids are the same way. like dude-how did you get out of grade school?!

it'd prolly be gynecologist ken, there's hardly ever women girl docs around here! wonder what he'd come with indeed....

Gynecologist Ken......*dies laughing*
Yeah, I'm not a parent-I'm a college student-but I have a ten year old little sister, and obviously I don't want her to think that dressing like the Bratz dolls is okay....*reads what you said about your neighbor* O.o Alright, that is just sad...*shakes head*

luckily i have a son, so if he starts dressing like a bratz doll there's a hell of a lot of things going on where i can't blame it on a doll. but still. i can't believe some of the stuff little kids are wearing. i wouldn't be caught dead in 1/3 of it.

adult stupidity amazes me. my kid tries to correct them. it's funny, yet sad. a 6 year old correcting a 40 year old's english...

Yeah, that would be a huge problem if your son began to dress like that...

Little kids...*shakes head* it's scary what they're dressing like now...

....that is funny....and sad...

i hope this fashion thing is simply a phase. i remember the madonna freaks in the 80's, we didn't think that'd ever pass and it did...well not for madonna, she's still a freak, but the craze wore out...kinda like madonna herself...

teenagers these days with the bad spelling and grammar drive me nuts. their, there, they're...yeesh. i have an aunt that's a college prof-if there's a mistake in an email she'll let me know, it's been pounded into my little brain!

I hope it's a phase too....I was born in 1989, so I don't really remember Madonna, but everyone knows about her...
I'm only 19...and I know the difference between they're, their and there...it's not that hard...

ah i'm a product of 1977, i remember the madonna-ites

my 6 year old knows the difference. but some of these kids should obviously KNOW better. i knew one high schooler that wanted to be a marine biologist, couldn't even spell 'biologist' right though....

...okay, that kid should at least know how to spell what they wanted to be...XD

Wow totally pwned. I can't believe there wont be any more Bratz dolls, geez. I can imagine the ebay prices jumping through the roof in a few months.

i'm sure there's some rare ones out there that are going to sore to all sorts of rediculous prices. trailer park mommas are going to be buying them up just because of that chance too.
